Sampling Science: The Engineering Behind Craft Beer returns for another great pour! The proceeds from this event will benefit the Student Chapters of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers at the University of South Florida.
This year’s event will feature over twenty local craft breweries pouring some of their tantalizing brews. Learn about all aspects of brewing during one of the interesting beer talks occurring throughout the evening. Last year’s event topics ranged from barrel aging and fermentation to the history of brewing in America and the evolution of beer styles, and many more!
